Everyday jewellery should hold up to everyday styling. Here is how we look after you.
What is covered
For one year from delivery, we cover noticeable tarnishing or colour fading during normal everyday wear, along with manufacturing faults affecting chains, clasps, posts, settings, stones, charms and ring bands.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, ordinary scratches or dents, third-party alterations, incorrect sizing, or damage caused by bleach, chlorine, abrasive cleaners and other corrosive chemicals.
Make a claim
Contact us with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue. Approved claims receive one free replacement per item. If the original piece is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent replacement or credit for the amount paid.
Everyday water is covered
Routine handwashing and normal everyday water exposure do not invalidate your warranty. Drying your jewellery after water and keeping it away from corrosive chemicals will help preserve the finish.

This commercial warranty is additional to, and does not affect, any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
